can't encrypt message over clipboard or current window

hi all

I have PGP 7.0.3 installed. Encryption and Decryption over Outlook 2000 Functioned perfectly. With Outlook express functioned the encryption. But as long as I the news Decipher, comes following message:
Message was encrypted to the following public keys:
<name of public key>

Funningly enough I have inserted correct public keys with encryption

please help!!
