Can't Enable Automatic Windows Updates??

When I get to the page, it is all grayed out and I can not change anything?...What do you think. Also when I go to the Microsoft web site, select updates, and page is always blank...I am on XP Pro, SR1 trying to install SR2...Please Help...Thank You in advance!

Are you on a domain/network? I would assume if you are that your network admin. is controlling this through the network.

If you need SP2, you can download it without going to Windows Updates:
