Can't Drag Anything to Toolbars!!

I just recently upgraded to CorelDraw X3 and am trying to set it up the way I like it. But it won't let me drag items to and from the Toolbar, Menu Bar, Status Bar, etc.

I'm going into TOOLS>OPTIONS>COMMANDS and picking out the items that I'd like to have, but when I drag them to the bar that I'd like them on, NOTHING HAPPENS. They DON'T DRAG! What am I missing. Is there perhaps a way that these bars have become locked and I need to unlock them? I can't drag items away from them either.

Please help me CorelDraw gurus !

No, that doesn't do it either. I guess I described it wrong in my first post. I was doing TOOLS>OPTIONS>CUSTOMIZATION>COMMANDS, which seems to be the same as TOOLS>CUSTOMIZATION>COMMANDS.

Anyway, neither of them works

None of the items will drag. NOTHING HAPPENS. They just sit there.

What am I doing wrong?

Sounds abit like a workspace issue - F8 on Corel launch could be your answer.

No, that didn't help, either, Alan. It just got rid of everything else I'd customized
