I have a secure website and it has XML file my individual customers. Some of my customers can't download but majority can? Only 3 or 4 can not download the files when they are trying to use option Right click save as they get some kind of cache error and when they open the XML file and then click file save as. Users locate the folder on their local disk and click on save, everything looks ok no error message nothing. But when user goes to that folder through Start > My Computer and that file is not there any idea why would this happen?
