Cant download config from manager but can log in to system status

For some reason I can't log into the IP Office (9.0.9) from Manager 9.0.9 and then Manager was upgraded to 9.1.4 while troubleshooting. I am able to log into system status. I am trying to log in to Manager using the VM Pro computer. I am able to log in using manager from my laptop 9.1.4.

I keep getting a message "Failed to log into IP Office".

If the same Manager works from another PC on the same network then it's not the IP Office, it's something on the VM Pro server at fault........firewall/AV/who knows :)

 
Securiy settings is not the issue, since he can logon to System Status.

We had this before. Restart IP Office did the trick.
 
But,

Before you reset IP office.

You can get a download using SSA.

 
I suggested doing a default on the security setting because when I upgraded to this version 9.0.9, I could log into Manager and SSA but when I tried to do the upgrade, the default password 'password" did not work and got error incorrect password.. Issue was resolved once I default security settings..
