In ld 43 edd gets TEMU107 code which states PSDL file cannot be opened or does not exist. Also getting EDD112, security check failed. Anybody know what to do about this?

I am also getting message IOD366, can't write to storage device - data may be lost.

sounds like you need to get your software on a pcmcia card. may have c: drive corruption. can you do a edd clr?

No, EDD CLR doesn't help. I don't have TTY 0 so backing up to a PCMCIA card is not an option.

you will need to contact you support vendor. they can access pdt and see what is going on. sounds like c drive corruption. do you have a backup of system? i hope so. you can try to run a upgrade on it and see if this corrects it.

there is a patch for the iod366 error

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

When it happened t me 2 weeks ago, I had to format the C Drive to get the system running. After that I was able to do an edd and xbk.
To format the C drive is a special operation which should only be performed with the assitance of your maint people.

After that I had to reinstall the software.

Hope this helps.

It sounds like somone may have recoved your C: drive but did not do the dummy upgrade to restore the PSDL file. This file is used to download the MSDL and other cards that support the FDL command. The security error sounds like the security dongle is missing or needs to be reseated.

Thank's to everyone. After an unwanted power failure and subsequent sysload the problem is gone. Everything came back ok.
