WP10 loads with property and application bars. Trying to add the WP10 toolbar brings message "Cannot create graphics object (GDI). The most probable reason is insufficient memory."

Since this happens on a computer with 1 gig of memory after a cold boot, I suspect there is another reason.

I've just moved to a new machine, running XP Pro SP2 for the first time. This is a new WP Office 2002 installation.

Is it possible this product can't run under SP2?

TIA, of course.

The usual first step to try is to rename the default template with wp closed. It should be named something like wp10us.wpt. The path is found in your Tools | Settings | Files | Template.

WP creates a new one if it can't find the old one.
