Can't display a column that contains more than 256 characters.

I'm trying to perform a query on a table, which one of its fields was defined as varchar 4096. Somehow when the field contains more then 256 characters it is not diplayed.
How can I redefine the ADO ?

IS the type set as a memo. This allows more then 255 characters You cannot mandate productivity, you must provide the tools to let people become their best.
