cant dial out! 6

Customer has one extension out 56 that gets fast busy when he dials "9" I have copied lines/trunks from a good Ext. to the one that dial out I have verified the EXT is unrestricted at the console and ARS level is the same as everyones (3) Can anyone help me out with a feature code or something? I can only guess that somehow there is a feature code to lock the phone from making 9 plus calls like in hotel mode or something. Maybe a walking COS hell I busied out the port and restored Ive copied all cntrlized programming.

Look for AUTH CODE or ACCOUNT CODE.

That usually stumps the best of us.
