Can't dial out or no audible ring on handset

can anyone see why , when I call this extension it doesn't ring on the extension? (i can hear it ringing though) Also, when I pick up the handset I start dialing 3 numbers and get one long tone!

It sound like you have pointed this DN to your long distance trunks some how. I have also had the same problem when I call the Main #, I hear it ring but it does not ring on the phone. I had to, in my case out both TN's at the same time and rebuild them.
