Our operator is not able to dial out. When she tries to call out she gets the wave off tone. I verified the FRL and everything is ok. Once again, thank you in advance for your help.
I veried this, but all the other exts, don't have the dial out code either, and those exts are able to call out. The pool number is 70. What do you think???
I had the same problem once, and it turned out to be the "extension status" feature. I fixed it by programming an extension status button on the operator phone, for which I had to use centralized telephone programming. Once I pressed the button, I went back and cleared it off the phone.
