The phone company says they dont see the number leaving the switch and i get an immediate fast busy when trying to dial 888 623 3862
I have been to ld 90 and tried to remove it if denied..out toll frees are spn's and we use only AC1

Feat net
tran ac1
type spn
deny x8886233862
deny x18886233862
both give esn007

Thats about the extent of what i know to do...I can dial one number above and below ie: 3861 and 3863 go through...

Is there a way to prt a list of denied numbers and what else should i check...
Thank you

at the spn prompt, just hit enter and it will print out all spn - this is the easiest and fastest way if you don't know how the numbers are broken out.

At what exact digit do you get the fast busy? That will indicate when the digits are failing translation.

Steve

I don't mind coming to work, but that eight hour wait to go home is a bitch.

I get fast busy right after entering the last digit.

In RLI 10, does FCI = 0 or something else. If FCI=0 then the PBX is not blocking anything. There's are no DENY on your SPN so the only other block would be in the RLI, but if FCI=0 then you're not using FCAS which only leave 2 other options - number is invalid or xlation at the Telco level. Can the numbe be dial from a cell?

The number can be dialed by a cell and FCI=0
I will go back to the phone company and have look further into it.
Thank you for your time and responses

I'm way confused on your original post. Why dont you print out SPN 1888 and see if SDRR is yes and what numbers are being allowed or denied. Post that print out here. Your original is very confusing because that isn't an actual print out of SPN 1888

Do this in LD 90

I have already posted that print out above.

Yes, but is it AC1 or AC2 or what. Thats why I asked for the complete print out. In your original post you show deny codes, where is that info coming from??

I was trying to remove the number from being denied, thats where the deny codes are from.

I only have ac1

It doesn't appear that you have any DENY codes any more, correct? So you removed them and it still doesn't work, correct? But they were there in the beginning, right? To remove the deny code you should do this

I do not know if they were there in the beginning..i just put in the two possibilities that would remove them. And no it still does not go through.

Thank you

Take the TGAR off of a phone and directly access that route with the ACOD, then try dialing that number and see if it goes through. That will bypass BARS.

That goes fast busy too. I will go back to the phone company.

Thank you again for your time

That TFN is a local or in-state-only TFN (I get a recording that I cannot dial it from my calling area)

Which may mean, you are not sending this call out a local LEC route, or your carrier is processing the call from outside your local area.

Are you going out copper? PRI? SIP?

Try another carrier... i.e., if your telco is Verizon, can you dial the same number on an AT&T cell phone, or a SIP provider like MagicJack - if so what are the results? If it works on one, and not the other - then call your telco and put in a ticket. Could be some telco routing issue out there may be causing this.

Also - do an enhanced trace in LD 80 for the phone you're trying to dial out of - see where it's failing in the switch. If on a PRI, turn up D-channel messaging in LD 96 to see if it's leaving the PBX and what's happening there.

If you're not sure what I'm talking about - call your PBX vendor and have them investigate further.

The phone company has fixed the issue. Thank you all for your replies ans suggestions.
