Can't dial numbers with 389 prefix

New to Call Manager so excuse the less than intelligent question . I have a site that is reporting that they can't place calls to a specific prefix . All other prefixes in the 970.xxx.xxxx complete as expected . Any suggestions on where to look to see why they can't place calls to the 389 prefix ? When calling 9.970.389.xxxx , they are receiveing the 'We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed… error message .

The first thing to do is to check to make sure the call is routing properly in DNA. You can find it under Serviceability.

CIPTV2
 
Is that prefix considered long distance even though you are in the same area code? If so it will require a 1, eg 9.1970.389.xxxx
Try that and see if tit helps
