Can't dial long distance on Ext 11,12

Hey Gang,

I have a situation with couple of extensions on a partner system. It can not dial long distance call. I look at all the calling restrictions and they seem right. any ideas?

Hi did you check:
#302 restrictions (more line by line than #401 below)
#401 restrictions
the disallowed lists and where they are assigned? I forget those # codes off hand.
