This in on a Merlin Magix R2.0
This was suppose to be a simple move
(No programming changes)

They have a PRI, setup DMS100

I can receive calls.
I can make local and LD calls.
They can't make international calls.
The carrier is rejecting the calls.
The carrier is saying that the phone system is telling them it's an international call
(It’s setting a bit someone in the setup message).
Apparently the CO doesn't support this or they are unwilling to change their programming

I hook-up an IP office to the PRI and could dial international.
So this must be an issue with the Magix.

Any idea what I’m suppose to change in the system ?

Change the Speacial Service Table. Entrys 0 thru 2. Type of Number should be 'N' for national not 'I' for international.

Some LD providers require you flag the call as international and delete the 011 and some require you to flag the call as national and keep the 011.

I would try leaving the number as "I" for entry 0 (011) and changing it to delete 3 digits. That way, it will still be flagged as an Int'l call, but it will take the 011 off. I have had to set it up that way before.
