Can't dial cisco IP phone through auto attendant on nortel 81c

When dialing our auto attendant number from the PSTN and getting the announcement on call pilot when you dial the IP phone DN(4 digit ) we get the message number is not in service. We have a 3845 set up to the 81c which is then sent through a satellite shot to a 2811 on the far end.

Desk sets to IP DN works, IP DN can dial out PSTN and ESN, can dial IP set from ESN on the desk set.

RPLs on call pilot are correct...
