Can't dial certain telephone numbers

I have a customer with Asterisk and Polycom SIP phones and Xlite softphones.

There are 3 specific telephone numbers (in diff. area codes) that they can dial from the Xlite phones but not from the Polycom phones. Getting a busy signal. They can dial other numbers in the same area codes.

Running a T1 from XO.

Any ideas???

Can you tell if you are getting this "busy signal" from XO? Go into Asterisk and watch both calls process, Xlite and Polycom. There must be some difference.

Run asterisk with high verbose:

Launching with: asterisk -cvvv
Or attaching with: asterisk -rvvv

Copy and paste the log when dialing a number from the Polycom, and when dialing the number from the XLite client.
