Cant dial any options in InMail Dial Action Tables

We have a NEC SL2100 v2.0 system with SIP trunks. We recently converted our POTS lines and for a short time the Dial Action Tables worked then stopped. Are there any settings that are needed with SIP trunks or is this a carrier issue. Any assistance will be appreciated.

 
Presuming you have set your DID up correctly, the invite format needs to be set correctly from your sip carrier.
 
Try these settings;
MB 84-35 = depend on FRC2833 for SIPT
MB 84-34 for SIPT =
01 - DTMF Relay Mode RFC2833
02 - DTMF Payload Number 101
