Can't dial access code to DID route for Miran?? 1

I'm trying to set up a Miran. I've set up the DID route, the ran route & the trunks.
The user can dial the access code for the Ran, and hears the default music from the Miran. However, when the user dials the access code for the DID route to access the Miran Tui, they get fast busy (release & try again). Any ideas?

MANO should be NO on the DID route.

MANO should be YES if the callers are on CLS CTD.

I've tried changing the TARG to 0 (the TGAR on the user's set was 1), the user still gets fast busy.
Users have CLS CTD.

Well, I would certainly bow to SSJVirus007 is they were correct. You should try to change the MANO. If that solves it, let's all say thanks to SSJVirus007

Appreciate all help - I changed the TARG on the route back to 1 and the TGAR of the set to 0 and that seems to have worked.
