Can't detect mouse irq problem??

Hi all, i installed win98 on my second pc but when window starts it tells me that theres no mouse detected????

What can i do??

What kind of mouse PS2 USB?
If PS2 see if it is turned off in the BIOS.
If you can get another mouse try it you might have a faulty mouse.

I tried 3 dif. mouse and nothing????


The irq 12 is alaways empty but it's supose to be for the mouse...

So you've tried a PS/2, USB and serial, right? And you've checked that PS/2 is enabled in the BIOS... Done the same for USB and serial port. Make sure you've got USB installed in WIN98. Well there's not much else... Mobo kaput?
