Cant delete user

HI!
we are experiencing some problem with regards to deleting
a user account. First, we created say UserA using YXXX@ then the manager requested to have it changed to XXX@ so, we did. After couple of days, they decided to have it back to YXXX@ now, the problem begins. Whenever we send message to XXX@ the message doesn't bounce back instead it was redirected to YXXX.com....so what we did is delete the account and create a new one but the we can't have it approved by the Admin process and saying that there was inconsistencies with the request.....

Please do help....any idea will be appreciated.
 
Sounds like AdminP may not have processed the name change before you tried the delete.

What I would do is: Delete all mentions of this from the AdminP database. Make sure user does not exist in the Domino Directory. Recreate the user (Note that if the mail file still exists, you may see an error about duplicate file name).
