we've got a few network printers sitting on a loadbalanced citrix metaframe/windows 2000 terminal system. two users have documents from months ago sitting in their print queues saying "Deleting - Printing", and i've got no idea how to remove it - restarting the pcs, printers, logging off/on etc.

can i do anything? these guys cant print while these jobs are there - and it's sooo annoying.

we can't restart the servers. that's out of the question.

any suggestions would be great! thanks!

You can also go into the print spooler and you will be able to see the print jobs that are hanging out there. Then you can select each one of them and delete them individually. After that I would stop and restart the print spooler to clear what ever is causing the problem with the spooler. This has worked for me every time.
