cant delete extn

Hi,
can anyone help.
Our customer removed several extns from a unused office and now i cant delete one of the extns.
Whenever you try to end it the system replies not accepted extn busy.
I have tried reset on board and prog units ELP6 and QMP as the customer thinks that the extn may have had a call back initiated before they removed it.
Any suggestions???

Plug out the board. Wait for system to deetect is as blocked than remove it.

Lim1 is in a location without any access temp due to building works??

block that equipment first, then end the extension.

if this is not possible, block the lim traffic, restart lim,(automatically u will log out from winfrom) log in again and block the equipment, then end the extension

Block's position equ with the BLEQI
Wait until the position is locked, and restart the board.
Has worked with me.

Hi friends!

I have a seem problem. There is an extension with
line state BUSY and Traffic state EXLLINCON. When
I blocked the EQU, the line state change for NO INFO.
I can't removal the extension. I have change the board
but the problem continue.

Is it necessary to block the lim traffic and restart

first try to restart ELP6 in the LIM of the extension.

I blocked and restarted the LIM like Monrovia said. The extension is now normal.
