In the vMCD: locate 6802, the number is not in use, DN NOT FOUND, but shows up within Users and Devices hosted on a remote controller.

GDM check shows no inconsistencies

In the remote controller, there is no record of 6802.

How can I get this DN cleared out of my vMCD?

Is it in any of the telephone directories?

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

I just looked in one of the other controllers. Yes. The dn used to be an analog extension on a clustered controller. But it's not on that controller any more.

Deleting the TelDir entry might resolve your issue.

Failing that, you may need to engage support from Mitel.

What release? There is a new command that can help you in 8.0 SP1 as per Mitel.

RECONCILE CLUSTER AND RDN - this command executes the Call Control Reconcile. The Call Control Reconcile will repair missing Cluster Element data, and will re-create missing Remote Directory Numbers in the local database. Any changes made to the local database are not distributed to other SDS endpoints. This command will be rejected if an SDS sync is in progress.

Never used it, but I saw this today on Mitel KB.

Is that the same reconcile as within micollab?
I think it is and this is a good thing.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
