Can't Delete Emails in GM6, Also Getting Old Emails HELP!

Were running GM6 BCM, Our database is Dbase, the problem I'm having is my users are experiencing old emails (Like 2 years+) in their inbox that they cannot delete nor even file (some users) the right-click-delete literaly does nothing. I've tried to pack and reindex, it goes through and finishes with no error. On some users I get a "The cal record for the request email is missing - Completing this action is not recomended"

This is driving them nuts so in turn it drives me nuts to here them belly ache, any sugestions!? PLEASE!
