can't delete custom forms

Our customer has created customized financial statements. When trying to delete a report, she highlights it and clicks delete but it doesn't go away.

What gives ?

Most of what I've seen says something about a corrupt printer driver?

The corrupt printer driver probably isn't the issue. When I've seen something like this it is usually because the report that peachtree is using is actually somewhere other then it is thought to be. I.E. you delete the form in directory A, which Peachtree has been ignoring and Peachtree keeps using the report in directory B.
