Can't Delete CUR record in OTM 2.2

I'm trying to delete a CUR record in OTM.

I receive an error: unable to read field assignment file: specific key value does not exist.

Not sure what to do next.

Is there an alternative way to do this?

The CUR record makes one of my nightly jobs hang.

Try to highlight CUR and use the Restore.

See if you have a CHG item thatmatches your CUR item. The change may not have transmitted to the switch. If it has transmitted be sure that is what you want for that phone. If all is well with that then change the CUR via sync status to NEW, then you should be albe to delete it from edit on the tool bar
