Can't delete a Mail Message in WinXP Outlook

I got a mail message that is 2m with no attachments. Something I subscribed for. A little large don't you think?

Anyways, I am unable to open it and Outlook freezes when I try. I am also unable to delete it. As soon as I single click of double click it, Outlook freezes.

Can someone tell me how to delete it? It's in MS Office XP Professional.

I got rid of it. I had to wait about 5 min for it to open.
