I added a HD from my last pc that died I see everything on the HD but I can't delete 1 folder it is restricted, this is from XP on last PC. I have tried to take ownershipof the folder, XP won't let this happen, I also can't get the Security tab in the folders options. Can anyone help!!!

You'll need to disable simple file sharing to see the security tab.
In XP Pro, open windows explorer, Tools, Folder Options, View tab, at the bottom uncheck Use Simple File sharing.
In XP Home, boot into safe mode by pressing F8 at boot up and log in as Administrator.
