Can't Delete 01.jpg problem

Howdy All . . .

Windows Vista Home Premium
Service Pack 2
64-bit Operating System

I saved a graphic file as [blue]01.jpg[/blue]. When I came back to use it later, I forgot where I saved it. So I performed a search, found the file I wanted ... but also found around 85 files also named [blue]01.jpg[/blue]. The problem is [purple]these 85 files have no path![/purple] Here's what the listing looks like:
01.jpg Listing

Tried deleting to no avail. Always get the following delete error message:
01.jpg Delete Error

Any Ideas on how I can [purple]find the path to these files?[/purple] ... I suspect deleting will be another problem ...

no path, due to the fact that they are index links... ;-)

so nothing to delete!
