Cant define error code produed

When accessed a linked database i have been given the following visual Basic error

run time error '3151':

ODBC--connection to '{Microsoft ODBC for Oracle}uat' failed

Any Ideas on how to solve problem

This is a generic error, i suggest you trace the odbc connection and then review the log. Robbie
