When I try to setup my POP3 accounts in Outlook it seems to disable the cut/paste for entering passwords. This is a big pain in the butt since I use long convoluted secure passwords for my email. I've tried typing them in several times and my fat fingers keeps me from typing it all in correctly. Is their some override so I can use the cut/paste functionality? Thanks for your help. [smile]

Nope. Sorry, this is a Windows standard security feature (and has been for years). It's designed to stop automated scripts from stealing passwords just by copying what's on the screen.

Thanks for confirming what I suspected. It is a bit self-defeating since it prevents using really secure passwords and favors the simple short ones.
