Cant create User name and password in security settings.

Thanks in advance guys... Lucky enough I was able to turn off advanced security to get back into the system. After a employee decided to be vicious and change the admin PW at the exact time it asked for a new PW after the 90 day expiration. Today at a big event we were unable to get 2 of our 7 POSs to get online due to the PCI compliant error. Which I knew would happen when they were moved, due too no admin user name or pw.

Now when I tick the box for, "Use this account in Restaurant settings I get a privileges error" So We cant get those POSs online.
