Can't create stored Proc

Well hello there!

I've just started dabbling with stored procedures. Look like they'd be pretty useful BUT.......
I'm running BTEQ on an MVS system with JCL and all that jazz. I set up my DD name in the jcl to point to the SPL file and run the .COMPILE DDNAME xxxxx but it gives me a CLI error 356 saying it can't access segmented data. Not very helpful eh!

How can i get this thing to work then? Any suggestions?

Sorry folks forget this. I just found out we're still on V2R2!!! We're upgrading next week (timing huh!) so just ignore this!
