can't create session when launching UI info 1

I have never seen this... Sage ERP v2012 can be launched without problem. Modules can be accessed. When I launch UI info from the tool, I got this error window "can't create session". I ran regacc and tried. I still got the same error.

Do you have multiple versions of Accpac installed?

What OS and what folder is Accpac installed in?

OS is Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64 bit.
There is only Sage ERP v2012
Install folder is C:\Sage\Accpac

Check your path. Try running the program manually (not using the icon). Right-click, run as administrator? Are there any other sessions running in the signon manager?

I can launch it manually by righ-clicking and run as administrator. Thanks. But there is no other session running, only my own session.
