can't create IC Shipment on 1 item

We are having problem creating IC shipment on an item.

There is no specific error message when posting the IC shipment. It shows only "shipment failure". I ran RVspy and the error stops at IC0260: ICCOST (view/table), saying "No more data"

Version 5.6 with Product Update 3

I am running Data integrity check with minor fix now. Will find out soon.

We keep having problems with this specific accpac data of one of our clients. The problem is always on "can't create shipment of some items". We encountered on OE module, now IC module.

You can also turn on dbSpy at the same time which might reveal a problem.
