Can't Create ADODB.Command object?

I am creating a Dataentry system on our intranet site using ASP, VBscript, and SQL 7. When I access the site from the pc I wrote the code on, I can manuever through the site fine (ie creating objects, running stored procs, ect.) But when I try accessing the site from another pc on the network, I get the message, Error: ActiveX component can't create object:'ADODB.Command'

Any ideas?

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the way I included this file?
