Can't create ActiveX Component Error

I am getting the following error. The dll is registered, i have given full permissions for the IUSR_MachineName. Any ideas why this might not be working. One thing though, on my pc(which where this ASP application is), i also have Visual Studio 2005 installed, hence ran ASP.Net applications, from within VS i.e. built them. Though, there are no .Net sites set up on IIS.
