Can't copy phone - get SCH0126

I'm trying to copy a 3903 phone to another TN.
Ld 20
cpy 1
3903
CFTN: 33 15
TN: 23 10

I get the above: SCH0126
When I print the TN, the phone's not built.

Any suggestions? The line was working fine about a month ago when I moved it to another TN on another floor.

Does slot 23 hace a ITG card in it?

Excuse my stupidity (newbie), but what is an ITG card? The previous setup was for a fax line

Maybe I'm a little confused, but you said the previous set up was a fax. Was there a fax on 23 10? If so, then card 23 is analog. You need a digital port.

Agree look at TN 33-15 and see if it is a 500 set.
