Can't copy a sheet in Excel 97.

When trying to make a copy of a worksheet inside an Excel 97 workbook I am getting the following Dr. Watson error.

Exception: access violation (0x0000005) Address: 0x3080f6b0.

Excel then is usually closed down at this point.

Any idea what I can do to resolve this problem. This file resides on a network share and is used by two different people. They are both experiencing the same problem/error message with the file.

Also, I was trying to copy two sheets at a time. I went back into the file and just tried to copy one sheet at a time and go the same error message just with a different address at the end this time the address was:

Exception: access violation (0x0000005) Address:0x3023643e.

Is the file open by any other user or is it open twice by the same user? If so, make sure it is closed before you try to copy the sheet.
