Can't contact the DNS server

I'm not sure this is the place to post this but...
This problem make me headache.
In Console tree of DNS (dnsmgmt), I have :
+ MainServer
+ tazar.local.
MainServer is the name of Server. The full name is :
mainserver.tazar.local
tazar.local is a Domain.
My 1st question is : Is it normal we have 2 inside DNS Console tree ???

The detail in Console tree of DNS in the following below :

Inside or below of its Console tree have the same substances/detail with MAINSERVER
(like above).

2nd Question : Does the 1st question relevant or related to the following case :
Cannot Contact the DNS Server
The specified DNS server can't be contacted. Some possible reasons include: the DNS server
may not be running, there may be network problem or the computer associated with the specified
name or IP address couldn't be found.
To retry the connection, either press F5 or on the Action menu click Refresh.
For more ..........bla..bla...bla..

So..I really hope anyone can help me to come out "this headache". Please......
