I am evaluating ArcServe 11.5 Live Trial on Windows XP SP2
I have enabled the users to log on as themselves and I have also allowd non-authenticated RPC connections to the machine.
The machine is pingable by name
However I cannot get rpcinfo (I am going through the troubleshooting steps.
I get "rpcinfo: can't contact portmapper: RPC: Miscellaneous tli error - TLI err 10061"
rpcinfo worked only once, then it was gone.
What can I do to get the installation running?
I also cannot get ca_auth -user getall to work
reason: cannot connect to caauthd
Also BrightStor Domain Services dies after I have done some of these commands...
Doing a cstop and cstart does nothing to resolve the issue.
