Can't connect using Cisco VPN client

Doesn't connect to a Linksys RV042 using Cisco VNP client. But using another VPN client does. Tried same settings but still no good. I would prefer using the Cisco software as I already have this. The other is a 30 day trial!
Is there anything special needed to get the Cisco VPN software to work?
