Can't connect trough certian ports

i got isa configured with live nic and public nic with 192.168.x.x i can surf the net with my clients but cannot connect to certain things like msn or certain programs..how do allow these ports to be open or accessed? i kinda new to isa so if u can plz point me in the right direction so i can go from there..thnx Thanks, PAUL
