Cant connect to port 25 with outlook

I have been using sendmail for a while now and all of the sudden I can send mail out from outlook. I can use our webmail to send mail. I can recieve mail in outlook with no problems. Need some help with this..... it was all working fine until this morning and I'm not sure whats gone wrong. I've checked the firewall and its allowing all conections, I telnet into port 25 and excepts connection.

If you didn't make any changes at all to sendmail, then you may just have to restart it. If that doesn't do the trick, you may need to reboot. I know this sounds like no thought went into this answer but if everything is just like it was when it was working, then what do we fix?
