Can't connect to Mailboxes.

Happy Monday everyone.
I have a problem backing up my Exchange server at the mailbox level.
I can back up the Information Store, but I get an access denied when I am at the brick level.
I am logged into the backup server as the account I created for BE.
The back up server is Win 2K pro (SP3), BE 8.5 with Exchange service/Remote agent started.
The Exchange box is Win 2K server running Exchange 5.5 (SP4) with BE Remote Services started.

Any ideas why I could access everything else, but not attach to the Mailboxes?

I had the same problem - you need to make sure that the Backup Exec account has Service Account Admin rights to the Exchange container that you are backup up.
 
and also that there is a mailbox for the backupexec acct, and a profile created and mapped for that acct on the backup server.
