Can't Connect to External Exchange server via ISA

Hi, Everyone, I've got one problem since I set up the ISA. my internal client can't access an external Exchange server via MAPI but can access through pop3 and smtp. The internal client can ping the exchange server. And also once I removed firewall function in ISA. Everything goes fine. What's the problem will be? I have tried to fix the problem for 3 monthes and still no luck. Any suggestions will be appreciate!
