Can't Connect to BCM using IP Address 1

but I can PING the address...

Any Ideas where I should start looking..

what happens when you enter the ip from web broser? have you connected from this pc before?
 
Depending on the release, you may need to specify :6800 after the IP in the web browser (i.e,
If it still doesn't connect via the browser, but you can ping it, the web server may have hung up - you can try to restart the service via the telnet interface, or give it a reboot.
 
It won't let me telnet in.

I have connected many times with PC. I can connect when I try to connect using thr bcm monitor.

I would imagine that the web service needs to be restart.

Any one have any ideas how to do that if I can't get into the BCM via Telnet???

 
PROBLEM SOLVED...

Rebotted the BCM by flipping the switch and everything is back to normal...

 
If you ever have this problem and can't squeeze in a reboot for whatever reason, go to the CLI of the BCM and type:

net stop apache (stops the web service)

may or may not get an error saying the service has already been stopped. Then type:

net start apache

That restarts the web services, and you're back in the land of the living.
