We suddenly can't do conference calls from our phones any more. Not using the programmed Conf/Transfer button or using Feature 3. No changes have been made to the BCM400 (4.0.2.21d). It just stopped allowing us to do them... Any suggestions?
Suddenly.. is a relative term. If no programming has been established, and you have reset the system. Houston we have a problem... BUT if programming has been done around the problem.. I would first check to see if you have (2) intercom keys programmed. Which is needed to be displayed to initiate a conference.
