Cant complete 7th call on PRI 1

I just installed a PRI on a MICS and outbound calls work fine until the 7th call. On the 7th call the line drops after the 10th digit is dialed and Telco says that there was no request for a line on the D channel. Everything else looks fine.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

When you say 7th call is that the 7th trunk in simultaneous use or is it the 7th time someone makes a call even though others have already hung up?

Can you set up a 7324 with appear only for trunks 10-23 so you can actually see the pri trunks as they go busy?

Also under usage metrics check and see what the settings are for call by call outgoing min/max and incoming min. These define the minimum number of trunks that must ve available for making the type of call and the maximum trunks that may be in use to make the call. JerryReeve
